Hello. I’m Lisa a Clinical Reflexologist qualified to the highest standard to support you with improving your health and well-being. Providing a mobile service in Wrexham and surrounding areas I use advanced reflexology techniques and a holistic approach in all my treatments. Reflexology supports clients to restore the body’s balance, stimulate natural healing and calm the mind.
We will work together to improve your overall physical and emotional health and well-being. A bespoke treatment plan will be devised taking into account both physical and non-physical factors which may be impacting on your life.
Passionate about the use of reflexology to support women’s health I love working with women of all ages. The benefits of reflexology can be experienced by women suffering displaying symptoms of hormone imbalances, menopause, IBS and much more. Through specialised training in Enhancing Fertility and Maternity Care clinical reflexology can support you through the exciting journey into parenthood and beyond.
An exciting addition to my practise is Tiny Toes, a combination of baby reflexology and baby massage. Small group classes support parents to learn techniques to soothe and calm their baby through episodes of colic, sleep problems, constipation and much more.
Having trained at the Contemporary Reflexology College gained a Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology. This is the most advanced reflexology qualification in the UK today and the only reflexology course that comes under the Nursing and Subjects and Vocations Allied to the Medicine Sector.

Welcome to my website. My name is Lisa Bancroft and I have lived in Wrexham with my family since 2002.
My first experience of reflexology was when my two daughters were very small. Juggling motherhood, working part-time as a primary school teacher, suffering from a chronic lack of sleep and certainly not eating properly definitely took it’s toll on my health and wellbeing. I found reflexology to be deeply relaxing and gave my body the chance to restore itself.
Over the past few years I have witnessed how stressful life is for all of my family work pressures, school and growing up in a world of social media. Gradually this stress was having a negative impact on us as individuals and as a family unit.
Wanting to improve our wellbeing and health in a natural way we began to actively make changes. As a family we learnt to meditate but meditation needs a degree of self-will, which was not always forthcoming from two teenagers. I began to look for a way I could help them to help themselves.
I was lucky enough to connect with Allison Walker at the Contemporary Reflexology College and began the journey to becoming a Level 5 clinical reflexologist. Excited to be able to help people around me in a holistic way I decided to strive to be the best reflexologist I could be.
Whilst completing over 100 hours of case studies I developed a passion for women’s health. Continued study has enabled me to develop my knowledge in this area and support women of all ages.
